Shipping rates and Returns

Shipping products
1. By courier company  ACS. Delivery is usually the next business day from the date of shipment.
2. With conventional post. Concerns usually inaccessible and remote areas of the country where the reception will be from the nearest Post Office. Arrival is usually between 1 to 4 days of the shipment date.

3. With conventional carrier. It mainly consernes heavy objects  or magor mass. The delivery takes usually  1-4 working days from date of shipment. Cash on delivery is not a valid way of payment.The payment is being done by deposing into a bank account.

4. If you do not want to burden with shipping costs you may come and receive from our store the products you have ordered upon request at the phone number 2103423024.

General information about the shippment of the products

ATTENTION: The heavy objects  or magor mass products are only shipped by freight forwarders only as long as they are paid first. In this case we will delivery in free agency and the client shall bear the transportation costs of the agency.In areas where it is not possible to send your order by courier, the delivery time is provided by the Greek Post Office or the way you chose. Shipping will take place daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The products will be sent to the address you have indicated to the Post Office or courier (courier) or as you want. Fees and bank charges shall be borne entirely by the purchaser.

The above rates include 23% VAT. In case of dispatch by courier (ACS) there is an additional cost 4.00 €.

In case of shipment by Mail there is not any extra cost 4.00 €.

CAUTION The very heavy or bulky products are conveyed only by transportation agencies as long as they are paid first. In this case we shall deliver in free agency and the client shall bear the transportation costs of the agency.

Products return

Agromatools.gr is responsable for defective or the poor quality of the  products that desposes to customers. If the delivered quantity is a proven defective product in that case, the customer retains the right to return the product and  it shall be replaced , on our own expense on shipping or by refunding the money.
